‘Popous Pane’ leads panel discussion at community center

19 Jan

319 Public Relations had an amazing day today! 319 PR & the cast, producer and director of the ground-breaking short film Popous Pane and the Kids He Loves to Hate took our community outreach program, “Being There” to Cypress Hills Youth Build division in Brooklyn NY. ‘Being There’ is a dynamic, essential two hour event, where young men and women in the African-American community can watch the short film, and then have an open dialogue about the relationships or non relationships between Black men and their sons, and improving Black family life. The young adults at Cypress Hills were amazing, and we had a very insightful, introspective discussion today about very poignant issues. Look for more news and updates about the ‘Being There’ program with ‘Popous Pane and the Kids He Loves to Hate’ on 319 PR’s page soon!
